The hotel is great and pleasant with very very helpful staff at the reception desk. The breakfast is good hot and enormous with pastries and interesting foods and freshly squeezed orange juice, there’s an option for each taste. The rooms here are huge and functional on level 2.

We were at the superior king room, it had lovely view. The hotel had a favourable location very close to Shopping Mall.

Had large and huge room complete with a balcony as well as the beautiful sunset. The breakfast was nice hot and enormous and the parking was on-site. The place had a quiet atmosphere.

The bathroom was large, and the room itself was great-sized and airy. It had good bed and the staff were knowledgeable and qualified people at the reception desk. Location: the hotel was near to Puerto Iguazu, restaurant, and the waterfalls. Moreover, Shopping Mall was very close to the venue...

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, providing detailed explanations and always with a smile. Secondly, the location was great, very close to the bus stop for easy access to the falls. Lastly, the rooms were clean and comfortable, with beautiful views from the windows on level 2. The breakfast spread was also impressive, offering a wide variety of options to start the day.

The standard double room is actually comprised of three single beds. Internet wifi free but not a fantastic connection in the room.

New hotel, very clean and comfortable. The hotel is located just outside the town but there is a bus stop in front of it. Every 20 minutes there is a bus to the Falls (Argentinian side). The hotel provides also a regular service to the brasilian side. Good breakfast - Good restaurant. Very nice also the pool on the roof

Best possible and excellent location close to bus station and very nice area. The property of choice in Puerto Iguazu.

The location was best possible and magnificent there, close to restaurants. And it's just a short stroll away from La Terraza, ate there once or twice. I booked triple room overlooking street. With central heating, a safe and multi-channel TV.

This hotel offers convenient access to the local bus station and bus stops to visit the falls on both Brazilian and Argentinian sides. The location is not in the jungle but still close to the river and restaurants. The breakfast is varied and there are free water coolers on each floor. Rooms are well-appointed, new, clean, and spacious with big long windows overlooking the rainforest. The rooftop pool is ideal for a refreshing swim.

The hotel’s travel agency options are expensive.

The price was more than 30s hire, than in booking, there was no time to discuss that!

Great location close to the falls and downtown. Clean rooms with good facilities. Helpful staff who recommended nice restaurants and organized taxis for us. Taxis were always available at the hotel, making transportation very convenient.

All was perfect.

The beds were nice and soft. The swimming pool was nice. The staff really did their best to make your stay nice, but you can tell that the hotel is very new.

1. We booked a double room + extra bed and we got a triple room (three separate beds). This was a mistake by what they put on the website and they were going to change. We got an ´upgrade´, but the room looked the same to us, with two separate beds 2. The shower did not work properly, after telling the reception they sent somebody to fix it, but that did not really help 3 The aircon did work, or so it said on the display, but it dit not get colder than 30C in the room. 4 The fitness room wasn´t ready for use.. For the price we paid for a 4 star hotel, it was not wat we expected. Maybe because the hotel only just opened, but still it is a lot of money for no great services. Maybe give it a few more months to see if they can improve
